M&NCFBC Judges List 

To apply to the Judges Sub Committee to be included on the M&NCFBC Judges List, please complete and submit the Judges Application Form

Judges who are entered  on the club Judges List are asked to update their details annually by completing and submitting  the Judges Update Form

Criteria Requirements for Judges to be Included on The Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Judges List are listed below

THE MIDLAND & NORTHERN COUNTIES FRENCH BULLDOG CLUB

CRITERIA FOR THE COMPILATION OF JUDGING LISTS

 

Al List 

For persons who have previously been approved by the Kennel Club to award CCs in the Breed and have completed their first appointment to have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.

A3 List (Breed Specialists)

1. Minimum of 7 years judging experience in the Breed and have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.

2. To have judged a UK. French Bulldog Club Show or at 2 UK Ch Shows without CC’s

3. To have judged a minimum of 40 classes of French Bulldogs with-in the UK.

4. To have judged a minimum of 160 French Bulldogs, at Open Shows or Championship Shows without CCs

5. To have judged the breed at a minimum of 7 shows with an adequate geographical spread with-in the UK.

6. To have bred and or owned a minimum of 3 dogs of the Breed when they obtained their Kennel Club Stud Book .

7. To have attended at least one French Bulldog Breed Club judging seminar and passed a suitable assessment

8. To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer on Conformation and Movement.

9. To have passed the Kennel Club ‘Hands On’ Assessment

10. To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer, and passed the examination on Kennel Club Regulations and Judging Procedures

11. To have stewarded on 12 occasions.

A3 List (Non Specialists)

1.  Minimum of 7 years judging experience in any one breed( to include a minimum of 5 years judging French bulldogs) and have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.

2.  To have judged at a UK French Bulldog Club Show or at 2 UK Ch Shows without CC’s

3.  To have judged a minimum of 40 classes of this breed with-in the UK.

4.  To have judged a minimum of 160 dogs of this breed, at Open Shows or Championship Shows without CCs

5. To have judged the breed at a minimum of 7 shows with an adequate geographical spread with-in the UK.

6. To have attended at least one French Bulldog Breed Club judging seminar and passed a suitable assessment

7 .To have awarded CCs in at least one other breed.

B List (Breed Specialists).

1.   To have had a minimum of 3 years’ experience owning and exhibiting the Breed and have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.

2.   To have attended at least one French Bulldog Breed Club judging seminar and passed an assessment.

3.  To have judged a minimum of 10 classes of the breed and at least 40 dogs in the UK.

4.  To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer on Conformation and Movement

5. To have passed the Kennel Club ‘Hands On’ Assessment

B List (Non Specialists).

1.   Minimum of 3 years judging experience in any one breed and have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.

2.  To have shown a positive interest in the Breed, indicated by their attendance at 2 French Bulldog Breed Club shows over a period of 12 months prior to their application to be included on the Clubs’ Judging List.

3.   To have attended at least one French Bulldog Breed Club judging seminar and passed an assessment.

4.  To have judged a minimum of 10 classes of the breed and at least 40 dogs in the UK .

5.  To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer on Conformation and Movement

6.  To have passed the Kennel Club ‘Hands On’ Assessment

 

C List

1. For aspiring judges who have shown a positive interest in the breed and have the support of the Midland & Northern Counties French Bulldog Club.
